Caroline Barker

Co-Founder and Director of Jibba Jabba, Caroline continues to work for a number of Broadcast partners, including BBC Radio 2 and World Service as a Freelance Sport Presenter. Creator of the BBC Non League Show, Caroline has a love of all things Non League and is a regular speaker and campaigner for the likes of Kick it Out on grassroots football.

Tim Fuell

Co-Founder and Director of Jibba Jabba, Tim is a former investigative journalist and qualified lawyer, turned social media fanatic. A co-founder of Jibba Jabba, Tim is our in-house techie, business guru and a self-proclaimed information junkie.


Head of Production. Lisa is a radio and TV Broadcaster, working for the likes of TalkSport Breakfast. She has produced and broadcast across the world live at major outside broadcasts including the Vintage Festival and international car rallies. Lisa has an ear and an eye for detail enabling her and her team to create innovative audio and video to the most exacting standards.

Creative Director. Russell's first job was as statistician to the Middlesex County FA and in his teens asked by the Sunday Telegraph and the Middlesex Hockey Association to form the first-ever hockey league in the country. Although astrology was a hobby it was his acting and singing that first won plaudits in the world of showbiz until he was asked by the Daily Mail to present Her Majesty, the Queen Mother with her astrological chart and as 'Astrologer Royal' became famous in another world of stars.

Recently on BBC 1's Strictly Come Dancing he won the hearts of the nation resulting in Andrew Lloyd-Webber inviting him to star in his West End musical The Wizard of Oz. Russell continues his work in sport most specifically cricket and football as well as being Patron of The Federation of Middlesex and City of London Sports.


Production Manager. Martyn is an accomplished technical and project manager across radio, theatre, film and television, having worked at the world famous London Palladium and Bristol Hippodrome. Martyn has also worked on camera for BBC Sport and a new film for award-winning director Tim Faraday. He made his debut on air as match correspondent for a new series 'The Club' and 'Non League Football Show' for BBC Radio.

Director of Publishing. Stuart is a sport Journalist and writer who has worked for a host of newspapers, radio shows and websites including Cricinfo, BBC London and the Professional Darts Corporation. He has also written comedy for TV, radio and Edinburgh Festival. Born and raised in Arbroath, he now lives London.


Brand and Design Director. James has worked as a graphic designer for over 20 years. He gained valuable experience, initially in London, working for such agencies as Atelier Works and Williams and Phoa. The skills that he has acquired enable the consultancy to tackle a wide range of design projects in branding, corporate identity, web design, packaging, literature or exhibition design.
